I would highly recommend Matt’s services to anyone I know. When we decided it was time to sell my rental property, I reached out to Matt and was contacted that very day. He took over all communications with my tenants so I did not have to stress and had the house listed within the week. After just a few short days of working with him, it was pretty clear as to why he is known as the “best” in the industry. His knowledge of homes and the selling process (and even the buying process although we were not on that end) was remarkable and made it very easy for us to trust him.
