True professional. Knows market, customer and sales process. Matt was not pushy, he quarter backed a process with market knowledge, real estate conditions and timely responses. He kept me informed and up to speed. Matt was easily accessible, promptly returning emails, and phone calls. He provided solid guidance and advice. He was also practical and realistic in his advice. We first met at property. He mapped his pan and approach. Once contracted, he executed in a fashion consistent to what he had described would occur. There were no surprises or false expectations. He took it upon himself to make some minor repairs during the sales process and after home inspection.Matt derived 5 offers, all valid and viable, all in $ excess of list price. The house was sold in less than 7 days, almost $20000 more than list price! Matt worked well with buyers agent, buyer, bank and both sets of attorneys. Right thru final closing, all went well. I would absolutely use Matt again on a buy or sell transaction. He was good, I really enjoyed working with him.

When my wife and I decided to sell our home we consulted with three real estate agents, with Matt being the last. That said, Matt appeared to be a consummate professional and sure lived up to the initial impression. The game plan he devised fell inline with my views and assumptions on what our asking price should be, the ask-your-lower-range to bring in hopefuls and then watch the bidding war heat up. Matt is simply the best! He was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and helped me to understand every step of the process. He listed the house higher than I initially expected, scheduled 2 open houses, produced very nice flyers to give out during showings, and we received an offer within a week for $11K over asking price! The buyer had an FHA loan, which required the garage to be re-roofed, and we did not have the money to cover it. However, he utilized his contacts to have it completed and just deducted from the closing proceeds, which was a life saver! His behind the scenes guy (Bill) was also very helpful throughout the process. I am very happy that I choose Matt as by agent, and I’m 100% positive that I couldn’t have picked anyone better.
