Matt Qualiano was the strongest advocate for the sale of our house. Matt was attentive and thorough in addressing our wishes and concerns regarding the listings and showings. Calling Matt to help sell our home turned out to be the best decision. We knew we were getting a great person on our side, but he surpassed our expectations. Upon his first visit, we already had a solid plan to sell our home. He made us feel like we were his only client, he was available to answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner. There was not a time when he did not go above and beyond. Many times my husband and I were not available to go to the home, he would make sure him or his staff would be available. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Matt brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase our home online, a handyman to complete some repairs, which created much more foot traffic and brought in a serious buyer. Matt definitely KNOWS the market and how to market it the right way. His selling price analysis was a precise exercise in which his knowledge of the neighborhood provided insight in the local market. He seeks to make the process as painless and as quick as possible but does not get fazed by the glitches and roadblocks that are inevitable when so many wheels and cogs and people are thrown in together. I appreciate his support and humor in the face of those who wished to impede the process and inhibit smooth sailing. He listened to a lot more of my woes and complaints than he probably should have but he never cut me off callously or embarrass me for flipping out when I just couldn’t take it anymore.
