We spoke with Matthew about selling our house about a year before we put it on the market and were immediately impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. In just a few days, he sent us a comprehensive sale plan which included three price options. He also offered suggestions on simple improvements we could do to make our house more sale-able. When we were ready to sell, Matthew met with us again and explained the entire process with patience and good humor. He was able to sell our home for above asking price the first week we had it listed all for very reasonable fee (1.5% to 2.5% lower than the 4 other realtors we talked with before selecting Matt). His listings create a lot of “buzz” which results in a lot of interest, which in turn results in higher prices for the seller. I would definitely use Matt if you are looking to sell your home.
