Matt was the realtor in the sale of my mother’s home. As I was living in another state at the time, he was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond the typical realtor duties to help me with things that I could not take care of because I was out of state. He knows the Buffalo market and neighborhoods very well and the entire process for closing was smooth. He is dependable and reliable.
