He listed the house higher than I initially expected, scheduled 2 open houses, produced very nice flyers to give out during showings, and we received an offer within a week for $11K over asking price! The buyer had an FHA loan, which required the garage to be re-roofed, and we did not have the money to cover it. However, he utilized his contacts to have it completed and just deducted from the closing proceeds, which was a life saver! His behind the scenes guy (Bill) was also very helpful throughout the process. I am very happy that I choose Matt as by agent, and I’m 100% positive that I couldn’t have picked anyone better.
